OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY

“Scalability” is a word that you will hear frequently here at CrossFit NIKA. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for all of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone.

What We Offer

Crossfit

Coach led small group classes. That ensure that all Athletes are moving safely while having the best hour of the day.

Personal Training

This is one of the best ways to reach your personal goals.

Sport Specific Training

Sport team training geared toward the goals of the individual team and sport

Corporate Health and Wellness

Team building and development, an environment focused on health and a variety of exercises lead by a Coach promoting fun.

CrossFit Varsity

Coach lead small group classes that are geared and programmed for children ages 10-15. Focusing on more of the power Athlete and explosive movements required for sports.

CrossFit Kid's

Teaching kids ages 5-9 that fitness is fun and a life long journey.

Specialty Courses

Course such a Barbell Betty’s. A ladies only barbell group. Focused on women becoming stronger and the best version of themselves. Gentlemen, we give you BRO-sesh. A 5 week power-lifting cycle. Gymnastics and Olympic lifting course offered through out the year.

Open Gym

An opportunity for our Athletes to work on a skill, makeup a missed workout or just hang out with your friends.

NIKAfit

No barbell, no intimidation, body weight movements only. Just 30 min of fun fitness to keep you moving on your fitness journey.

What We Offer

The Nika Story

With 11 years combined CrossFit and CrossFit Coaching experience we are eager and excited to pass along all of our knowledge and experience to new CrossFitters and seasoned CrossFitters. We believe that the years of coaching and training ourselves will benefit our athletes in multiple ways. In short we have felt that “feeling” of Fran, learned to do a pull-up or muscle-ups for the first time or wanted to lose weight and coached others through it.
