Getting Started at CrossFit NIKA is easy

To schedule your COMPLIMENTARY 1 on 1 NO Sweat introduction click the link above. We will meet for about 20 minutes where we will discuss your goals and how we can help make that happen. You now have 3 options of how to get started on your fitness journey:

1. Starting with Personal Training

NIKA Personal Trainers are at the top of their field. Our clients are professional athletes, senior citizens, the overweight and underweight, kids and parents and best friends together. Do you have a specific goal?

This is a great way to reach that goal quickly. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period. You can do Personal Training at NIKA one-on-one, two-on-one, or in a private group of up to twelve.

2. Starting with 4 Jump Start classes
 What is a Jump Start Class You Ask?

Jump Start Classes are 4 one-on-one sessions with a Coach to teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit. This training will include nutrition, fitness, safety and functional movements.

Theses classes are scheduled around you and your coaches availability. After this class you will be ready to move on to group training in regularly scheduled CrossFit Classes or continue with Jump Start 2.0 taking you a little more in depth.

Cost $199.00*If are an experienced CrossFitter stop by the box, email, or call us. You can “test out” of our Jump Start program.

3. Small Group Fundamentals

In 2 weeks you will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts. Our Fundamentals class is designed to go over each movement in a small group setting.

Allowing for new CrossFitters to learn in a fun small group setting. This class will be held 2 times a week for 2 weeks. Members of the class must attend all 4 classes before graduating. Cost $135.00
